We are already used to the "Third Wave" in most part of the world which is based on information revolution. New technologies such as satellite links, optic fiber,  broadband, smart phones, computers in general and Internet, have changed our life environment fundamentally and even change human relations.

Information revolution became ordinary life already, and furthermore, "Ubiquitous Business (U-Business)", which makes it possible to support information services anytime anywhere, is expected to lead economic and social changes hereafter. Thus, U-Business is expected to become critical factors of social changes and corporate management, and U-Business environment is expected to be actually "the Third Industrial Revolution" by having even further ripple effect than Internet-based e-business...
